Dear Students,
Thank you for your many warm messages and kind thoughts. I am truly appreciative to have such caring and thoughtful students.
After giving it a lot of consideration, and after 54 years of teaching, I am taking this opportunity to announce my retirement. I thank you sincerely for your dedication and commitment to my classes over the years.

Axel's “Body Mind Soul Yoga" is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga that includes...
• Yoga exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and stamina.
• Breathing exercises to increase energy and well-being.
• Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques to manage stress, improve concentration and calm the mind.
• Lectures on a variety of topics including the therapeutic benefits of yoga, optimal nutrition and character development.
Axel has been teaching yoga full time throughout the GTA for over 45 years!
Axel Molema has taught more yoga students and classes than any other teacher in Canada! Many students have been in his classes for 10, 20, and even 40+ years. Axel has instructed at the University of Toronto, York University, Seneca College, Mount Sinai Hospital and other locations throughout the GTA.
